Who we are
This website is run by Tejinder Singh, a licensed salesperson at Barfoot & Thompson Otahuhu, 519 Great South Road, Otahuhu, Auckland 1062.
What we collect through our forms
When you use the appraisal, home value, sell or contact forms, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address (where asked) and your message. The appraisal forms also ask for your property address, suburb, property type, number of bedrooms and when you are thinking of selling. We also record which page you sent the form from.
How it is sent and who sees it
Your form is delivered by email to Tejinder at Barfoot & Thompson (t.singh@barfoot.co.nz). To do this we use a third-party form delivery service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which receives your details and passes them on by email. We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to provide the service you asked for.
Your rights under the Privacy Act 2020
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. To do that, email t.singh@barfoot.co.nz or call 022 060 5005. Barfoot & Thompson may also hold information about you under its own privacy policy, which you can read on barfoot.co.nz.
